Exchange and return policy:

Your purchase or request of products through Rizkallah Company’s electronic platform or through the company’s application available on your phone’s store constitutes agreement to the exchange and return policies below.

Rizkallah Company adheres to the exchange and return periods approved by the Consumer Protection Agency as follows: -

Rizkallah Company guarantees you the right to exchange and return the products you purchased through our website with a full refund of the purchase price in accordance with the following policies.

1st: Exchange and return within the 14-day period from the date of purchase of the product without giving a reason.

The consumer has the right to exchange or return the products with a refund of their cash value (with the same method of payment), without giving any reasons and without incurring any additional expenses within 14 days from the date of purchase, under the following conditions:

  • Provide the origin of the purchase bill.
  • The product is in its new condition without open or used.
  • The product must be fit for sale again in terms of the external appearance of the box or carton.
  • Personal care products cannot be exchanged or returned after being opened during this period.
  • Mobile phones and their attachments or accessories cannot be exchanged or returned after being opened during this period.

2nd: Exchange or return defective products within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Provide the origin of the purchase bill.
  • The consumer has the right to exchange or return the products within 30 days from the date of purchase, with a refund of their value using the same method of payment if they are tainted by an industrial defect.
  • The consumer is obligated to submit a technical declaration through the manufacturer or company guaranteeing the product stating the presence of a defect, so that Rizkallah Company can decide whether to replace or return it.
  • The product must be in good condition and not contain bruises, scratches, or breakage.

Fees and costs for the exchange and return process:

- In most cases, there are no additional fees or costs borne by the consumer at any stage of the exchange and return, and the exchange and return process usually takes place completely free of charge, with the exception of shipping and handling expenses.

Time taken to replace and return products:

- Products are returned and exchanged within a period between 3 days and 7 business days in the first period (14 days from the date of purchase)

 taking into account the geographical scope of the consumer and fulfilling the conditions for this period.

 - Products are returned and exchanged within a maximum period of 30 business days. For defective products (30 days from the date of purchase), taking into account the geographical scope of the consumer and fulfilling the conditions for this period.

Non-conforming products:

- If you receive a product that differs from the mentioned specifications in terms of color, shape, or any difference in product specifications, you can return it and get a full refund of the amount paid using the same payment method, or replace it with the correct product if it is available with us or with the supplier, without incurring any additional costs.

Refund:

- If the payment method is cash upon receipt, the amount can be refunded immediately upon completion of the return process

 - If the payment method is in cash through the Visa or MasterCard machines available at Rizkallah Company, then the possible period will be from 7 to 15 working days, taking into account the refund periods for each Bank.

- The period for the refund may reach up to 60 business days for methods of payment by instalments or indirect instalments, taking into account the recovery periods of each bank or company with which the consumer made the instalments.

The consumer may bear additional expenses and costs (interest) in the case of instalment payments with banks or indirect instalment companies. In this case, Rizkallah Company will not bear the additional costs and the company undertakes to recover the original value of the product only.
